- Filling out the proper forms of communication pertaining to new members when an agreement is completed
- Responsible for reporting accurate daily numbers and metrics and accurate note-taking in CRM. (Hubspot and Asana experience preferred)

- Attending any and all meetings where a sales consultant presence is required, on time, and fully engaged.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a track record of success in consultative selling
- Video sales experience required
- High-ticket sales experience (sales over $5k per transaction)
- Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas
- Exceptional listening, problem-solving, communication, and closing skills
- Ability to quickly learn new computer systems/softwares
- Ability to quickly build rapport with prospects
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with leads and co-workers
- Ability to perform consultative sales presentations following a PowerPoint/Keynote sales deck
- Cold-calling experience is a plus
- Sales experience in the health and wellness industry preferred
- Experience using Hubspot, Asana, Google, and Apple technology highly preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 4 years degree preferred

- Building digital marketing campaigns including (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, Google Display, YouTube paid advertising, automation and email.

- Understand clients’ needs and objectives and work closely with them throughout campaigns
- Manage communication with clients and clearly communicate client requests using tracking (workflow) software; carefully review/proof and confirm that changes were completed as requested

- Participate in monthly presentations to groups of fitness studio owners, discussing the partnership and services provided by Loud Rumor in supporting franchise business goals.
- Evaluate any and all situations around pricing, platforms, and overall packages and services involved in the partnership, and find solutions that serve all parties, including franchise Headquarters, franchise studio locations, and Loud Rumor.
- Understand and represent Loud Rumor’s brand and company culture, as well as the franchise’s brand and expectations. This will include being able to audit creative and edit copy for brand consistency.
- Stay organized on the status of hundreds of fitness studios including if they’re in a pre-sale or opening phase, as well as if their marketing campaigns are active or inactive at any given time.
- Understand and be able to communicate the value of all Loud Rumor solutions approved by the fitness franchise for presale success.
- Effectively communicate with multiple departments within Loud Rumor and franchise Headquarters. Departments include billing, operations, tech, marketing, member services, sales, performance, support, legal, and finance,
- Communicate with the franchise fitness studio locations via email, phone, and presentations.
- Manage tasks and assignments using different online tools including Trello, Asana, Google Sheets, Socialbakers, and more.
- Create social media content calendars for the franchise and use Socialbakers to schedule posts for fitness studios that qualify for the service.
- Attend required internal meetings for both Loud Rumor and the fitness franchise.
- Travel up to 10% of the time may be required.
